Agrostemma or Corn Cockle
The seeds from this spring blooming flower likes to be planted in the fall. In our Arkansas zone of 6b/7a, this seed can be sown mid September. You won't see any growth until spring, but it's worth the wait. Agrostemma grows best in full sun and will reach about 12"-18". The blooms will be both white and purple.
